Freelance Graphic Designer
SUMMARY
Wat da Pho restaurant started 2021 with one of its biggest projects yet. The brand wanted to update its visuals and aesthetic to something fresh and unique. And as their dedicated Graphic Designer, I was hired to help them achieve what they were looking for.
The following works are a representation of my work for Wat da Pho restaurant, from updating their old website to a new menu look to the restaurant's interior design concepts.

The project started with the brand's logo. Redefining its shape and better symmetry, making it more flexible to be place in different compositions.
Retaining the bowl symbol was necessary as it reflects the identity of the brand and starts to become a bigger part when the illustrations started to take into the bowl's shape.

Brand's Illustrations
Created a variety of Icons and illustrations that became assets for other design elements such as pattern design, background elements, window graphics, etc. Illustrations of other subject was also created that would signify the Vietnamese culture and embrace it with fun facts.

The Menu
Giving it a complete overhaul with new visual assets created from the illustrations and a new color theme. The layout utilizes spacing, colors, and images to help separate different categories of dishes but still maintain its cohesion and flow from one to another.

Animations
I also worked on a few animation projects for the restaurant using After Effect. Promoting their online ordering app and looping slide-show to be displayed on four of the TV screens they have hung around the restaurant.
Website Design
Pulled from all of the assets created in the beginning and applied the same visual guide to their new website. Creating something truly unique to the brand and an experience that is easy to navigate for their customers. And it was built from the Wix website builder.
